Grimlock Classic from Hasbro

His super-thick ultramantium skin - in both robot and dinosaur mode - is coated in energy-absorbing materials, making him nearly impervious to damage.

There are many who might say much the same thing about his mind. He is actually quite smart, but a programming flaw in his speech centers gives him only the most basic communications skills. He dislikes the weak, but is dedicated to the protection of those he views as lesser creatures.

The only thing he hates more than weakness, in fact, is those who exploit the weak. Amazing robot figure changes into detailed dino beast and back! Figure features a firing projectile and a tail that becomes a smashing whip!

This figure is very much more articulated than the original , in legs, neck, tail, in short just about everything. This also meant that the transformation mode also was modified to accompany the new features.

It is a very solid figure, but not quite the type to give to a child under 7 years to play. Too complicated for them and it will be easily damaged.

I did not want to buy the Takara Tomy Henkei version is because I feel that the body has too much of chrome. The chrome might looks nice but once it is scratched, it will be horrible.
